👕 Product & Sizing
What kind of t-shirts do you sell?
We use Bella+Canvas 3001 — a premium unisex tee known for its super-soft feel, flattering fit, and long-lasting quality. It’s a favorite among nurses for both work and casual wear.
How do the shirts fit?
Our shirts are unisex. That means they fit true to size for men and offer a relaxed, casual fit for women. Want a snugger fit? Consider sizing down.
Do you offer size charts?
Yes! Every product page includes a detailed size guide so you can pick the perfect size confidently.
Do the shirts shrink?
They’re pre-shrunk, but for best results, wash cold and tumble dry low to minimize any natural cotton shrinkage.

How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery times:
- USA: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- Europe: 5–12 business days
- Rest of World: 7–21 business days

Where do you ship from?
We fulfill orders from multiple facilities in the USA, UK, and EU, depending on your location to ensure fast, efficient delivery.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and order size. We often run promotions that include discounted or free shipping!
💳 Orders & Returns
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Unfortunately, no. Our fulfillment system begins producing your order automatically as soon as it's placed, so we cannot cancel, modify, or change it once confirmed.
Returns & Problem Orders
Because every shirt is made-to-order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for things like sizing or buyer’s remorse. Please check our size guide before purchasing.
That said, if your order arrives damaged, has a printing error, or is lost in transit, we proudly offer a free replacement or full refund — no hassle.
To start a claim, please fill out our Returns & Replacement Request Form. Once submitted, make sure to reply to the confirmation email with clear photos of the issue and packaging.
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. We’re here to make it right. 💜

How do I wash and care for the t-shirts?
To keep your shirt looking fresh and vibrant:
- Wash cold, inside out
- Use mild detergent
- Tumble dry low or hang to dry
- Avoid bleach
- Do not iron directly on the design
